Return and Refund Policy:

  • We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. An additional 7 days are provided for the returned product(s) to reach us.
  • Reverse pick-up services are available at no additional cost, subject to your pin-code being serviceable.
  • If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment after two attempts, you will need to send the product(s) back to our company address.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website will be processed within 7 days after we receive the return.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within a reasonable period of time.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.

Refunds for COD Orders:

  • For COD orders, a coupon code with the same value as your order will be provided within 5 working days from the day of return pickup.
  • The coupon code can be used within 1 year from the date of issuance.

Condition of Returned Products:

  • Please ensure that the product(s) being returned are in the same condition as they were shipped.
  • We will not provide a refund if the products are returned in poor condition or have been clearly damaged.

 Self-Shipping for Returns:

  • If your pin-code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to our company address.
  • Please securely pack the items to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Ensure that you mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.
  • Once we receive the product(s), we will initiate a refund to your bank account for prepaid orders. For COD orders, a refund will be provided in the form of a coupon code.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In case you receive a damaged or defective fashion product, please contact our customer support team within one day of delivery.
  • Provide order details, along with a description and supporting evidence (such as photographs) of the damage or defect.
  • Our customer support team will assess the situation and guide you on the return, exchange, or refund process.

  • Please provide accurate bank account details for refunds. We will not be responsible for any errors in the information provided.
  • If you receive an SMS or email stating that the order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • You are obligated to take utmost care of the product(s) while they are in your possession.
  • If you believe that the product(s) received do not meet the required standards, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the product(s).
  • Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will examine them and notify you of your refund eligibility via email within a reasonable period, aiming to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day. We confirm to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update this return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
